Shipping & Returns

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the product price. When placing an order you guarantee that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. behappy-befree-beyou reserves the right not to process an order.

Before each purchase, we suggest that you analyze the SIZE GUIDE to ensure the highest satisfaction.

Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your order for shipment. The shipping and delivery time is subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated at checkout.

Items purchased at behappy-befree-beyou online store are shipped by Express Mail. For security reasons, Express Mail is registered and requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery times are as follows:
• National: 1-2 business days.
• European Community: 3-5 business days.
• Outside the European Community: 5-8 business days.
These delivery times are to be seen as guidelines and the time of the delivery may be longer. We will not be held responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The products will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process. We are not able to deliver to Post Office boxes. Once orders are sent, a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out. Please double check all personal and postage information when completing your order as behappy-befree-beyou does not take responsibility for missing packages.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to support@behappy-befree-beyou.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we will NOT accept a cancellation request once the order has been shipped.

TAXES AND DUTIES
We are based in Europe, so please note that all orders placed outside the European Union, may be subject to import duties and/or taxes by your local customs. In this case, you are responsible for payment of these customs taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your local customs office for additional information.
For countries from the European Community, no import charges or customs costs apply. Unfortunately, due to customs issues, we are not able to ship to Russia and Brasil.

RETURN POLICY

The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
1. Send us an email to support@behappy-befree-beyou.com letting us know the reason for the return.
2. The item(s) can be returned within 14 days after the day you received your order.
3. Please make sure merchandise: (1) is in its original condition, (2) is accompanied by a receipt and in its original packaging and (3) has all tags and labels intact. Returns with makeup stains will not be accepted.

5. You must send the unused products back within 14 days of informing us. The returned products remain your responsibility until we receive them. We recommend that you choose a shipping method of your choice that provides trackable and insured service, as behappy-befree-beyou is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective behappy-befree-beyou shall assume the entire cost of return shipping. Depending on the country you are shipping your items from, it may take several weeks until we receive them. Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country's policies. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund until the items are safely returned to our office.
7. Once received, please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed. Once a return is inspected and approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
8. Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGES: Please note we currently cannot accept exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the size that does not work.
